What is in the Water?

NPR's John Nielsen reports that an increased amount of pharmaceutical drugs are showing up in America's rivers and lakes. Some scientists say pharmaceutical pollution is an emerging issue and should be regulated. Others say the drugs may have been in the water for years without doing any damage at all. (8:15)
